I’m Harleen, a Dietitian and Nutrition faculty from India. As a teacher myself, I know the value good mentoring holds. I’m blessed to have met the NCS Team and special thanks to my mentor, Manmeet Kaur Behl, RD for guiding me through different circumstances each day. I’m grateful to her for giving me the right direction yet always allowing me the opportunity to make decisions on my own. She gives me valuable constructive feedback and food for thought with her comments. The entire study curriculum was a worthwhile experience and I feel glad that it has given me a head start for my professional career. Thanks for making this course so enjoyable.
